JAKARTA, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia would face no significant threat from the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (FTA) since Indonesia exports different products from China, a noted Indonesian economist said here on Monday.

"Indonesian manufacturers could even take benefit from the ASEAN- China FTA since there will be raw materials from China that would help them run their businesses," Fauzy Ichsan, a Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) economist, said, referring to the fear that the FTA would affect their businesses.
